Claudia Morris, an Entrepreneur, is the of Co-Owner of 360 Degree Advantage LLC. An eCommerce startup, driven by their goals to help victims in all types of abusive situations by creating and providing a covert communication tool. The web based and mobile applications will allow abused individuals to discretely reach out to personal contacts, and if desired the police when help is needed. Due to her own personal life experiences, Claudia is an advocate for domestic violence victims and the handicap/disabled.

Before starting 360 Degree Advantage LLC, Claudia Morris spent many years in the corporate world beginning in Detroit, MI. Her first position was as a bookkeeper, then shortly after promoted to assistant manager. Claudia’s desire for a better quality of life motivated her to take a less demanding accounting position and go back to school to earn her Bachelor’s in Business Administration degree from The Detroit College of Business. The degree enabled Claudia to transitioned to the Human Resources field, working her way up to Regional HR manager. After some time, Claudia relocated to Seattle, WA. where she decided to specialize in the field of Organizational Development.

A few years after moving to Seattle, Claudia was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. The fear of this news seemed to spark a fire in Claudia. She went on to earn two advanced degrees, a Masters of Business Administration [MBA] from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Master’s of Science - Cybersecurity Policy from University of Maryland University College (UMUC). Claudia also obtained a number of professional certifications. Certifications include PMI’s PMP, SCRUM, ITIL, and CompTIA’s Network Security. The PMP certification opened exciting project management career and volunteer opportunities. Claudia transitioned to project management, driving achievements in industries and specialties areas such as Banking/Credit Union, Biotechnology, Network Infrastructure, Application Development, Chemical Manufacturing, Product Development, Strategic and Training initiatives. Claudia also participated in the creation and release of the Project Management Institute's PMBOK 5 as the Lead Volunteer Editor for the guide.

In 2011, Claudia and partner opened CK Morris Associates LLC. An online project management consulting firm. Claudia continues to consult, but the Covid-19 virus’ impacts created new opportunities for advocacy. Since the COVID-19 lock downs began, reports of domestic and family violence have significantly increased. There are also millions more disable individuals due to COVID-19’s lingering physical damage. Claudia believes these voices must be heard to help create change and improve quality of life. To help address these problems and concerns, Claudia and partner established 360 Degree Advantage LLC.
